365 helps you plan your days, track habits and todos, keep notes, and use an AI coach. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.
Data we collect
- Account data such as your sign-in identifier, name, email address, and profile photo when provided by Apple or Google sign-in.
- App content you create, including onboarding answers, goals, todos, notes, daily scores, settings, AI chat messages, and images you attach to AI chat.
- Subscription status and transaction signals from Apple and RevenueCat so Pro access can be unlocked and restored.
- Analytics and advertising measurement data, such as app interactions, advertising identifiers when you authorize tracking, account identifiers, and subscription or purchase signals.
- Basic technical logs needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use data
We use this data to run the app, sync your account, personalize your plan, operate AI chat, process subscription access, respond to support requests, improve reliability, understand product usage, and measure advertising performance.
AI processing
When you use AI features, the message, relevant app context you allow, and attached images may be sent to our AI service providers to generate a response. Do not include information you do not want processed by the AI feature.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate and measure 365, including Supabase for account and app data, RevenueCat and Apple for subscriptions, PostHog for product analytics, TikTok for advertising attribution and campaign measurement, and AI infrastructure providers for AI responses. When you authorize tracking, TikTok may receive an advertising identifier and hashed account identifiers together with app and subscription events.
Tracking choices
On supported Apple devices, 365 asks for permission before using data for tracking across other companies' apps or websites. You can change this choice in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you decline, 365 does not send your account identity to TikTok for tracking and may use privacy-preserving attribution methods such as SKAdNetwork.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and app data while your account is active or as needed for legal, security, and operational reasons. You can delete your account from 365 settings, or contact akdeniz.emirhan@hotmail.com for data questions.
